Personalisation

We can personalise many items with your chosen name or message. Please note that unless a specific font is requested at the time of booking we will choose one that best fits your order/occasion/age.

Deposit

We require a deposit at the point of booking of £25 per prop, your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. This amount will be deducted off of the final payment.

Damaged/Missing Items

Any items damaged or lost during hire will be solely the full responsibility of the Hirer. NAE will seek losses from the Hirer for up to the full amount of any damaged/lost item.

Balloon Displays

Backdrop/balloons displays must not be touched or moved once set up. NAE will confirm that the client is happy before leaving the venue.

Children must be kept away from all displays, this is to prevent accidental damage and also harm to children.

All additional display hire items i.e. Stuffed animal, props, cardboard cut-outs, flowers, light up numbers, must not be touched or moved from the setup. These are purely for display purposes only and must not be played with to prevent damage or dirt.

Payment

Full payment must be made at least 48hrs in advance of your booking.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE however we do allow customers to reschedule or change their dates for the same items towards another future booking. This will be subject to availability and need to be done within 6 months of the cancellation. We require at least one week notice for cancellations/date changes or deposits will be lost.

Parking/Parking Fines/Travel Fee

Distance over a 5mile radius from Croydon will incur an extra charge to cover travel costs, this will be advised at the time of booking and added on to the total hire fee.

Where the event location falls within the Congestion charging areas, an additional fee will be charged to cover the costs.

Please ensure that there is sufficient parking at the event location for a van. All event locations must have direct access.

Please ensure we are made aware of any parking or venue restrictions in advance of the booking date.

Collections

Our props will be collected the day after the event. If a Same Day / Evening collection is required we will need to be made aware at the time of booking. Our latest collection time is 11pm, any time agreed after this will incur a £25 per hour charge.

Outside Bookings

We will not be able to set up outside if there is a chance of wind or rain so please ensure you have a stable marquee or Plan B location just in case. Floor must be dry, flat and stable.
